All items are made to order and ship within 4 to 6 business days. Custom orders may take longer, the timeframe will be determined after your final design approval. We will ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship via USPS, but are very flexible if you need an expedited order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Yes, we offer international shipping. All VAT and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility at time of delivery and have not been included in the shipping fee.

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item).

Our bags are made of 100% cotton canvas. They can be washed and dried with no cracking, peeling or fading. For best results, hand wash and hang to dry.

Our products are created by hand using non-toxic materials for long lasting durability yet soft and smooth to to the touch.
